From the entrance, you walk into the lounge / dining room / kitchen, with the main bedroom en-suite downstairs, together with a large TV room going out onto the pool.
From the kitchen level, there are two bedrooms upstairs, also en-suite.

LLANDUDNO
This is one of the most beautiful beaches in Cape Town and is situated only 18 kilometres from the centre of the city. The tranquil little cove is perfect for those that seek complete peace and privacy. It is named after a British seaside town in Wales and this small exclusive seaside village has only one road in and out and no shops whatsoever.
The beach is picture perfect framed by bushes, trees and giant boulders and has a good surfable wave. From the rocks you can see the remains of the tanker Romelia shipwrecked in 1977 after the tow rope snapped and the tug lost control.

Sundowners is a magnificent oceanfront property in exclusive Llandudno situated 5 mins from Hout Bay, 10 mins Camps Bay and 20 minutes from Cape Town
The property comprises two apartments, one two bedroom and one four bedroom offering spacious luxurious accommodation with uninterrupted sea views. It can also be made available as a 6 bedroom house.

4 BEDROOM APARTMENT
The larger apartment is on two floors and can be flexibly arranged for 4 ,6 or 8 people offering spacious beach style accommodation, decorated throughout with natural fabrics and white washed wood. The lower floor has a large Dining area which opens on to a spacious terrace furnished with teak table, chairs and BBQ, overlooking the sea and swimming pool.
The kitchen is open plan leading off the dining area and is fully equipped with oven/hob, microwave ,refrigerator ,dishwasher, deep fryer, indoor grill.
On this level there are two beautifully decorated bedrooms, one double and one twin bedded both with sea views and excellent storage space.. The double bedroom has sliding doors on to the terrace. They share a large tiled and marble bathroom with a separate shower , two washbasins and bath.
On the upper floor you will find a magnificent lounge with satellite TV, Hi Fi and DVD leading on to a second terrace overlooking the sea, pool and with panoramic views.
